Where the sea meets the land, and the land meets the sky sits a spectacular one-acre site on the foothills of the world-famous Chapmans Peak Drive overlooking Noordhoek beach. Where nature meets building and building meets nature our intention is to move beyond conventional landscape features, such as roof gardens, green walls, courtyards and water features and shift the focus towards deeply integrating architecture with its natural surroundings, creating immersive spacial experiences that blur the boundaries between the built and the organic, transforming the way we perceive and inhabit space.
