We immediately felt comfortable in putting our trust and faith in Paolo. His warm, friendly, accommodating and calm approach, to both us and the design, put us at ease. We had our own design ideas but it became apparent that Paolo had a strong clear vision on the design and as it enfolded, so did our belief in it. He remained composed throughout the project and took so much of his time to understand and befriend us. We receive so many compliments on our house and are grateful to Paolo for creating such a dream space for us.

I interviewed three other architects before deciding on Paolo, and dismissed the others because I felt they had little direction. While I was looking for someone who would share my vision, my architect of choice also had to have strong ideas of his or her own to build on. My favourite aspects of living in the space are the way that it blends with the natural environment and its simplicity. I also love the way the house works with geometrics and the interplay of light which shifts the home’s character at different times of day and according to the changing seasons.
